Richard Warner

Richard came to the firm from the Defenders Association in Seattle, WA where he spent the last thirteen years as a Public Defender. Prior to that, Richard worked for the Legal Aid Society Criminal Defense Division, in Brooklyn New York for six years.

Richard attended Lewis & Clark College in Portland, Oregon and earned a B.A. in English. He moved to Chicago and attended the Chicago-Kent College of Law, Illinois Institute of Technology in Chicago, Illinois, earning his Juris Doctorate in 1989. He is a member of the New York State Bar, admitted in 1990; the Washington State Bar, admitted in 1992 and the Federal District of Southern New Jersey Bar, admitted in 1989. In addition, Rick is a member of the Washington Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, the National Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and is a National Association of Securities Dealers Arbitrator. Richard is also Capital Counsel Qualified for the Washington State Supreme Court.
